VBuy.in's seller policies & terms of use are written to promote safe & healthy trading environment. VBuy.in enforces these seller polices & terms of use to all its members.

These rules are applicable to all VBuy.in's members, VBuy.in's employees & VBuy.in. This page includes rules that protect your privacy & your identity.

Pricing Policy
We all are aware of the importance of trust on a local shopping like VBuy.in. So we request you to use fair pricing & fair product policy & note we are very strict on this policy since VBuy.in mission it to provide its customers at best of quality, at very best price in customers own local area for most of the products.

New Product Policy
All New Products will be displayed to the consumer only after approval of VBuy.in Team. Kindly mail to seller@vbuy.in for faster approval. Our usual approval process for new product takes 24 to 72 hours.

Links Policy
When sellers listing items on VBuy.in, sellers can include links that are solely intended to provide additional details about the items. That means links should only be used in circumstances when that information can't be included in the listing itself. These links include additional images, technical specifications, manufacturer warranties, and other information that can help buyers make an informed purchasing decision.
Other links that point to a third-party provider's Website are also allowed, only in case such as image hosting sites, payment processors or courier companies.
VBuy.in doesn't allow links to non-VBuy.in sites or content where other items are offered for sale. VBuy.in continually reviews links on the site and reserves the right to block any link considered unsafe for our members.
As a seller, please make sure that your listing follows links policy of VBuy.in. If it doesn't, it may be removed.
You may be subject to a range of other actions, including:
  • Limits your selling/listing privileges
  • Account suspension

Intellectual Property Use Policy
VBuy.in is committed in protecting the intellectual property rights of third parties and to providing a safe & healthy marketplace to trade. Unauthorized use or Infringement of any copyrighted material and trademarks are strictly prohibited at VBuy.in.
  • VBuy.in has zero tolerance for any intellectual property violations
  • Counterfeits, unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories) or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs) are not permitted at VBuy.in
  • Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) copies that are pirated, duplicated, backed-up or bootlegged. It is illegal to sell unauthorized copies of media.
  • If the product you are selling bears the name or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or endorsed by that company, don't list it at VBuy.in
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
  • Product Listing cancellation
  • Limits on account privileges
  • Account suspension
